Attachment: HBASE-16648.patch
Only change the 'get-putIfAbsent-check if null' to {{computeIfAbsent}}. And
also change {{WeakObjectPool}} to use {{compute}}. Other usages are not touched
since I;m not familiar with the logic. Can check later case by case.
