      Resolution: Fixed
    Release Note: Scan#setStartRow() and Scan#setStopRow() now validate the 
argument passed for each row key.  If the length of the byte[] passed exceeds 
Short.MAX_VALUE, an IllegalArgumentException will be thrown.
          Status: Resolved  (was: Patch Available)
