Oh, we have more than one AP for each HTable... In BufferedMutatorImpl we have
one and the timeout is writeRpcTimeout, and we have a multiAp in HTable which
still use rpcTimeout.. And as I said, they both won't be changed when users
call setRpcTimeout.
