ByteBufferUtils.equals(HConstants.EMPTY_BYTE_BUFFER, 0, 0, 
HConstants.EMPTY_BYTE_ARRAY, 0, 0) will throw 
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1, i think it should return true.
