I committed to trunk and altered the trunk build to add '-PrunAllTests'. Other
trunk builds such as the security build are already using a profile -- i.e. the
-Psecurity profile -- so I can't add the run all tests profile to these it
seems. Thats probably not too bad since we're going to refactor trunk so
things like security are done as maven submodules rather than as maven profiles
so this circumstance is transitory.
