FuzzyRowFilter causes ResultScanner.next hang and timeout. The same code works
well on hbase 1.2.1, 1.2.0, 1.1.4.
hbase server: cloudera 5.7.0 (hbase 1.2.0) on 4 hosts, 1 master, 3 workers
