What's the status of this? It's still showing as unresolved though commits
were done 7 months ago.
Do we have follow on tasks to re-enable the tests that are still missing --
TestMasterFailoverWithProcedures.java, TestWALSplit.java and
TestWALSplitCompressed? This TestWALSplit tests at least are important
coverage that we're now missing.
