[[email protected]] I determined commit hash, updated pom.xml files and pushed
RC0 tag and CHANGES.txt file. I assume the changes can go in now. If there's no
urgency I think it'd be good to hold on on this patch going to 1.3 branch till
today evening or tomorrow. We could cherry-pick it a bit later.
