Release Note: Upgrade os-maven-plugin mvn extension which figures the os we
are running on from 1.4 to 1.5.
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
Pushed to master branch. Thank you for the nice patch [~chia7712] (It might
help w/ issue I'm having over on HBASE-16955)
