Ok. Thanks for checking. +1 on the patch. I don't like the pollution of
RpcServer with notions of Region, etc., but the value of being able to see what
region and table go with the slow scan report is worth it. On commit add note
that this patch is acknoledged as a problem and that if possible, we should do
something else. Thanks [~carp84]
