[~mantonov] This is less important in 1.3 than the [~yangzhe1991] sentiment in
the parent: i.e. "...Setting cache is an old style to limit size and time, what
users really need is limit time and size..." Would be good to highlight this in
your release notes. Speak up if not clear and we'll get you better wording and
explanation on how it now works.
