Thanks for asking. I see they both take readpoint. My bad. Ignore.
I see now why Store#Scanner takes a readpoint. It is because the readpoint is
assigned higher-up by the Region. Makes sense. So, if doing Scans at the Store
level, passing read point is unavoidable.
