Thanks for the pointer.
This is not a Runnable for an executor. This is just some thing like our 
RpcCallback.  A function which has to be executed at the end Call processing.  
So I dont think Runnable way is good. 
Better to keep the interface as such and the way we create the instance, that 
can be changed. Now we can use Lambda expression instead of anonymous inner 
class way. That I can change.
