Ah... That is bad!
But pls note that Region is not private interface but exposed to CPs (
@InterfaceAudience.LimitedPrivate(HBaseInterfaceAudience.COPROC) )
We need a deprecation way? Or may be deprecate in branch-1 and remove in master?
