Not sure how to get rid of the following scaladoc warning:

Some scaladoc warnings are not related to the patch.
e.g.

/testptch/hbase/hbase-spark/src/main/scala/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/spark/NewHBaseRDD.scala:25:
warning: no valid targets for annotation on value sc - it is discarded unused.
You may specify targets with meta-annotations, e.g. @(transient @param)

The patch doesn't touch NewHBaseRDD.scala
I can dig deeper into the warnings once the code change is confirmed by the
review.
