Xiang Li commented on HBASE-1935:
---------------------------------
Hi [~stack], I am quite interested on this, and would like to follow the work
based on yours and Lars(in HBASE-9272) to see if I can do something. I am
reading code and comment history of both JIRAs, and there might be a long list
of questions to bother you, thanks you in advance! I am also reading
HBASE-16833 (about async client by Duo Zhang) as I feel I can learn some ideas
of it.
1 quick question: Could you please share the reason why you stopped at that
time?
Please feel free to comment if you have any!

> A scanner that rather than scan in series, instead scanned multiple regions
> in parallell would be more involved but could complete much faster
> partiularly if results are sparse.
