Added .master.002.patch
Eliminated SpoolingBufferedMutatorCoordinator Interface
Added initial unit tests (several more needed) to show that the basic approach 
works.
Tweaked some logic in processor.

Still open for design feedback. Without it I'll keep going in current direction.
