This problem shows up when running against local filesystem only. Its ugly
when it happens. I think it important enough to fix. Mikhail fixed it as part
of trunk commit of his load tester. This patch is the piece from that commit
that addresses the local filesystem problem, a change to SequenceFileLogReader
only.
