Thanks, Ted! Will commit to master when precommit comes back positive again.
I assume we would want this to land on the older releases too? branch-1.1,
branch-1.2 and branch-1.3? ([~ndimiduk], [~busbey], and [~mantonov],
respectively, IIRC). Looks like the JMXJsonServlet doesn't exist in 0.98.
