Why file an issue with no attribution or provenance? You've been asked supply
context over and over again but for some reason you continue to ignore the
request, file on behalf of others (as though they are incapable), and promote
an ahistoricism in dev. Your JIRAs are from thin air. Vital dev attention is
wasted reading incompletes and then soliciting context....
