(was: The reason why -DskipIntegrationTests not work is that hbase-spark has
two plugin for testing, one is Maven Surefire plugin for Java, and other is
Maven Scalatest plugin for scala. The -DskipIntegrationTests will only disable
Java test case, and would not do anything to Scala test cases. I can pick up
this one after I solved HBASE-17574. )
