Regarding unit test classes, i dont need separate TestXXXXResource.java as
checkAndPut/checkAndDelete are related to RowResource. I just added few test
methods in RowResource, is that ok? or do i need to create separate
TestCheckAndPutResource.java/TestCheckAndDeleteResource.java? Please confirm.
