I don't see how stuffing binary data into the HTD values (which is what I
argued against) is any less polluting HTD? I think the options here are:
1) store in HTD, in which case I think the current string representation is
better than what we had before with the Guava dependencies
2) store configuration for Constraints to the side, in which case
ConstraintProcessor can handle mapping configuration to the Contraint instances
however it wants.
