There are  some async admin APIs which depends on  async getRegion method.  

Such as :  

1. closeRegion. 
2. flushRegion. 
3. compactRegion. 
4. mergeRegion. 
5. splitRegion. 

and so on . 

So,  implement async getRegion method first.
