TEST_UTIL.waitUntilAllRegionsAssigned(TableName.META_TABLE_NAME) does that.
But this test is about AsyncMetaRegionLocator. I searched code base. This is
the only test which references AsyncMetaRegionLocator#getMetaRegionLocation() /
AsyncRegistry#getMetaRegionLocation().
