[~jerryhe], [~esteban], Thanks for your relpy. To sum up, the following can be
improved:
1. Dump table schema with ACLs , other than just ACLs .
2. Maybe we can integrate the dumper to the hbase shell, and reuse
hbase-shell framework .
3. Better to provide ut .
