* updated to non-SNAPSHOT version
* followed HBASE-14025 to clean up jira and update CHANGES.txt
* tagged 1.2.5RC0
* clean unit test runs on
[jdk7|https://builds.apache.org/view/H-L/view/HBase/job/HBase-1.2-JDK7/109/]
and [jdk8|https://builds.apache.org/view/H-L/view/HBase/job/HBase-1.2-JDK8/103/]
waiting on artifact build to finish
