In my understanding, we need to consider the none-auto-flush or say buffered
writing scenario, and would like to unify the code path. For more historical
reasons, [~stack] could you share more with us boss? Thanks.
OTOH, to make HTable thread safe, I think we could revisit this and see whether
there's a better way to improve.
