Hey [~ram_krish] and [~anoop.hbase],
I am just about to start with CellChunkMap and I am starting with the
requirements (as suggested in umbrella HBASE-16421), which are to add
MemStoreChunkAllocator, who is responsible for Chunks allocation/de-allocation
and their IDs management. I plan to do it under HBASE-17377, please see a
suggested design there. Is it the same purpose of this JIRA?
