Since we had done extensive testing during our POC we had infact done all the
changes using the experimental ChunkMap also.
When I prepare a patch now I will just create the MemstorechunkCreator (which
was not there ) and MemstoreChunkCell (new cell type)
Later it can be merged with ChunkCellMap impl. If you feel the patch needs more
chnges pls feel free to make it and we can take it for commit.
