I'm still interesting in committing this. I'll rebase to trunk. I'll remove the
extra copy of the Scan in ClientScanner (but add it as a caveat in the javadoc
instead). HTable still makes a copy of the Scan (so we can mark HBASE-1774 as a
dup of this).
