It seems to be a problem with the Cloudera documentation. The current master
only refers to the *hbase-testing-util* in the pom.xml example. The same is
true for
[branch-1.2|https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/branch-1.2/src/main/asciidoc/_chapters/unit_testing.adoc].
