Thanks boss [~stack]. Let me reply on the mailing list about the progress to
see if there are objections.
And also, we need to open another issue to track the IS annotations for
IA.LimitedPrivate classes. There are several classes declared as
IA.LimitedPrivate but do not have IS annotations. Yeah this is less critical
than IA.Public API so we should not let it block the main issue.
