jruby-complete is weird, as it packages a lot of classes of joda-time in its
jar
directly,(http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/jruby/jruby-complete/1.6.8/jruby-complete-1.6.8.jar),
that is, joda-time classes is not introduced by transitive (hbase depends on
jruby-complete, while jruby-complete depends on joda-time). So it can not be
excluded by <exclusions>...<exclusions>. Please correct me if I am wrong.
