Sadly this is after that. I fixed testExportFailure to be deterministic rather
than probabilistic (flaky). Had to use MiniMRCluster for that. As a result they
started stepping on each other until i added {{TEST_UTIL.getDataTestDir();}} so
each uses separate test-data dir.
But i think, they are still stepping on each other someone.
