[~syuanjiang], Did not notice the comment before , Sorry. In my opinion,
user can choose to use {AsyncHBaseAdmin} or {HBaseAdmin} for operations, and
hope any of them can do all things, other than invoking execProcedure by
{AsyncHBaseAdmin} and invoking isProcedureFinished by {HBaseAdmin}. Although
async isProcedureFinished seems has no actual meaning.
