Added metrics for RecoverableZooKeeper related to specific exceptions, total
failed ZooKeeper API calls and latency histograms for read, write and sync
operations. Also added unit tests for the same. Added service provider for the
ZooKeeper metrics implementation inside the hadoop compatibility module.
