Currently, ITR takes only the cluster key as input, which is insufficient to
set it up for certain scenarios.
One common scenario is when one of the clusters have kerberos security enabled,
in which case, the kerberos credentials needed to authenticate on the source
differ from that on the destination.
We should be able to pass cluster specific config to ITR.
