bq. Need to vet these test issues.
TestRegionReplicaFailover, TestCoprocessorWhitelistMasterObserver,
TestWALEntryStream, and TestFuzzyRowFilterEndToEnd pass locally for me.
Ignoring the Snapshot related tests as well.
Since it appears that Yetus didn't run them, I ran the hbase-shell tests
locally which passed.
Going to branch-commit this one. Thanks for the review, Andrew.
