Skimmed patch, overall LGTM, nice cleanup.
Another compatibility issue observed, that {{RpcCall#setReceiveTime}} interface
is removed, while {{RpcCall}} is also with IA.LP and IS.Evolving. I think this
is good to go, but at least we need some release note here.
