Release Note: The return value of CallRunner.getCall is changed so this is
an incompatible change as CallRunner is declared as IA.LimitedPrivate.
CallRunner is declared as IS.Evolving so we do not break the rule. And we still
keep the getCall method to reduce the impact to user code.
