We need one of the possible 2 solutions only right? Either make multi threaded
DBB creation using java nio APIs or go via Unsafe way (There do we need multi
thread)?
I think u raised concern over the 2nd way regarding size check. So 1st way
might be enough provided it can greatly reduced the time required to start up
BC with larger size like 100s of GB
