Hi [~enis], I spent some time on this. As you suggested, the change is not that
complicated.
What I plan to do is that in
RegionReplicaReplicationEndpoint#getWALEntryfilter(), replace the default
SystemTableWALEntryFilter with a customer filter allowing meta WalEntry when
memstore replication for meta table is enabled. Will prototype and test.
