This is a pretty big patch, but here's an initial look.
In {{HColumDescriptor}}:
* {{@Deprecated // remote it in 3.0}} typo remote -> remove
* Why did {{public byte[] getValue(byte[] key)}} move to the bottom of the file?
In {{TableDescriptor}} and {{TableDescriptorBuilder}}:
Why rename a bunch of the methods?
