These are supposed to be called with the region ops like puts/gets. Why CP user
has to explicit call these?
getRowLock, releaseRowLocks also?
increment/append - How CP knows the nonceGroup,nonce? - Need a version which
does not take these params? These params make no sense within RS context. Or
add javadoc mentioning use of HConstants.NO_NONCE
waitForFlushesAndCompactions
waitForFlushes
No point in a CP waiting for these actions
