[~ted_yu], I am study this JIRA and is also reading the heartbeat related fixes
recently (since 21 May where this JIRA was filed).
One quick question: As I can not re-create the error now, when you filed this
JIRA, is the error repeatable? or it is a environmental issue and only happened
sometimes?
