Where ever we are dealing with store files from StoreFileManager we are
actually going thro HStore so that we have the lock. Even here if we could
cover the entire operation under HStore lock we are sure that we are working on
the right set of files because once the scanners are established the old
comapcted files can never be archived or we will work on the latest set of
files. Anyway I will do some tests and write a test case first.
