v2: Uses Duo's suggestion to create a proxy.
Did not include new tests because it looks like
TestFanOutOneBlockAsyncDFSOutput will fail pretty quickly if something is wrong.
Passed locally for me both on hadoop-2 default version and
haddop3.0-alpha4-SNAPSHOT (after reverting HBASE-18234)
