Might be failing still [~uagashe] See note on tail of HBASE-18157. FYI, for
the future, take a poke around before opening new issue. [~chia7712] noticed
that there was already an issue open to fix this flakey test (though IMO,
opening issues to report flakey test w/o a fix is just noise -- we already have
dashboard for listing the flakies with history; our JIRA is full of such
lagging issues). Good on you.
