(to repro the above, do a build prior to running the given "how to build the
source tarball" invocation. the "clean" part can't take care of
{{hbase-spark-it/target}} because hbase-spark goes before the subdirectory. RAT
can't ignore it, because in the context of the hbase-spark module the
{{hbase-spark-it}} subdirectory is unrelated to maven)
